Important Notice Regarding Hajj 2026

Dear Respected Hajis,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, We hope this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan. We would like to bring to your kind attention an important update regarding Hajj 2026, as per the new policy announced by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Hajj 2026 Timeline and Payment Deadline

The Ministry has issued a timeline for Hajj 2026 which includes a strict deadline for completing all financial matters related to the pilgrimage. According to the policy:

All payments must be finalized by 31st August 2025: This early deadline is part of the Ministry’s effort to improve planning, coordination, and service quality for Hajj pilgrims in the coming years.

Ministry’s Two Options for Pilgrims

The Ministry has given two options for those who had paid for previous Hajj seasons and could not travel or now wish to proceed for Hajj 2026:

Option 1: Refund Request

If any Haji wishes to request a refund of the amount already paid, they must:

  • Submit a formal request
  • Provide complete and correct personal and payment details
  • Cooperate in verification and processing as per the Ministry’s protocol
  • Refund requests will be forwarded/submitted to the Hajj Ministry
  • Hajj Ministry will arrange/collect “refunds” from Saudia

Option 2: Carry Forward Funds to Hajj 2026

If any Haji wishes to carry forward the already deposited amount and continue with the Hajj 2026 arrangements:

  • They must confirm in writing that they do not wish to take a refund
  • The same funds will be utilized for their Hajj 2026 package

We kindly request each pilgrim to personally inform us of their chosen option at the earliest, so we can proceed accordingly:

  • If opting for refund, please submit your complete details promptly.
  • If opting to carry forward, kindly provide your written consent.

This information is mandatory for all pilgrims who have previously paid or are part of the upcoming Hajj 2026 group.
